Product Use
This 5 VDC Power Supply is especially developed for Automotive use, allowing microcontrollers and/or TTL logic to be powered from typical automotive system voltage (10 VDC to 14.4 VDC).
Output Voltage is protected for reversed Input Polarity by Schottky Diode.
Output Voltage is precision regulated to be stabe from low current output (Typically 1 milliAmpere @ 5 V DC) up to High current Load (up to 3A) at typical automotive system Input voltage (10 VDC to 14.4 VDC).
In constant ON applications it can carry up to 2 Ampere load, while in pulsed applications up to 3 Amperes may be switched ON momentarily.
The LEDs located on the PCB are ON when the Input and Output are ON.
