OKA Neighborhood Electric Vehicle NEV

Description

OKA KIT is a fully assembled vehicle with full interior and all glazing, functioning hydraulic brakes, complete suspension, parking brake, all body electrical and lights, wheels 12" with 135R12 Radial Tires, basically everything that is needed for construction of NEV or LSV.

There is no Engine, No Transmission (available optionally), No driveshafts (available optionally), No Exhaust System, No Fuel System.

OKA KIT is a fully certified to FMVSS #500 that affects Low Speed Vehicles (LSV) and should be completed with electric drive to NEV (Neighborhood Electric Vehicle).

Some states (like California) also allow "special construction vehicles", and if that provision is available in the State of your Residence, then you can also install Gasoline engines, from a "previously certified vehicle".
